Both Adaware and Spybot Search & Destroy are free downloads. As noted by TheBomb, they can be found on www.downloads.com. Download them, install them, update them and run them. A weekly update of these programs and system scan with these programs will help keep your computer clean.
(I) Run the Disk Cleanup utility
* Click Start- Run and in the Open box type cleanmgr
* Click OK
* Use the drop down menu arrow to select the drive you want to clean. Usually C:
* Click OK
* Insert a check on everything
* Click OK
(II) Run this free virus scan
* Go here:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
* Under Scan Your PC, click Scan Now. It's Free!
* Choose United States
* Click Go
* Give it time to download the latest virus data files
* Insert a check to your local disk usually C:
* Insert a check to Autoclean
* Click Scan
* If a virus is found, notify this board
(III) Run the free Microsoft AntiSpyware
* Go
here for the Microsoft AntiSpyware
* Click "Download the beta of our new anti-spyware software today"
* Click Continue
* Click No
* Click Download
* Click Open
* Click Yes or Next
* Click Finish
(IV) Run the free Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool
* Go here:

* Click, Skip the details and run the tool
* Click, Check My PC for Infection
* Click Agree
* Click Continue
(V) Download and install Ad Aware, go here:

* Click Download Now
* Click Open
* Click Next
* Click "I accept the license agreement"
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Choose Anyone
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Remove only the check from "Open the help file now"
* Click Finish
* Let the Webupdate occur
* From the main Ad Aware screen, click Start
* Check "perform full system scan"
* Click Next
* Click Next
* Click every tab and make sure everything is checked
* Click Next
* Click OK
* Close the application
* Post these results for us

You have what the computer wolrd knows as a dialer or spyware that someone had downloaded, you can to
download.com
in the search box type adware or spybot
these two programs remove software that is like that
also if you can see the name of the program dialing go to your windows search option and look for it locally on your system
