CD Eject Button On Studio 1535 Not Working

Someone wrote once (Here) about the same problem i'm having

If you don't want to read the other thread then here's the problem

The CD Eject Button on the touch panel doesn't eject the CD

The Fn+F10 doesn't do the trick either

Both Keys work while not in windows (Like if I'm in the Dell Diagnostic program or the Boot Menu)

I can still Eject the CD using Computer -> and right clicking the drive and selecting "Eject"

I have Windows Vista 32 Bit SP1

Dell Quickset v9.0.10 installed

BIOS Update doesn't help (I have the latest version and i tried reinstalling it nothing is changed)

That's it.. Hope you fix this asap and if there someone out there who knows how fix this replay me please.. It wont take 5 minutes of your time..
