I tried running, from the "Start" and then "Run" menu on the lower left, the command 'ipconfig / all'. It's always worked in the past, but what's happening now is that the field opens, then IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! goes away (drops).  I't not like it automatically minimizes, it just disappears!. Obviously I can't read it in a microsecond, so I'm wondering what's going on.  I'm running Win XP on a Dell 4600. I'm trying this when my computer is booted up normally (to read email, access the internet, etc). Any reasons it's doing this?  Thanks.
