Hi

I have a dimension 5150 that has been largely trouble-free over the years but in the last few days it had not been able to reliably start the windows firewall. OK maybe on the third reboot it has, but today it's refusing after the 6th (or so). I've done the honest thing and gone to Microsoft 1st and run some of their diagnostics that is supposed to fix stuff - it recognizes the firewall aint up and running but can't fix it. So it directed me to my PC supplier hence why I am here.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this question - it seemed the most obvious etc.
