HELP! I Can not view an Web pages

I'm using Dell Demin. L566CX Win98se and when I login on to AOL everything is fine I can view my emails but I when go to view a web page I'm get an error message "Action Cancel internet was unable to link to web page you requested."  I have called AOL and they walk me though some step to try and help me fix the problem but I'm still have the same problem. I have clean out all the temp file and cookie as well as the Temp Internet files.  I need help badly. Any advice would do.

Sorry I cannot help, but I do have a potential work-around.
Perhaps Mozilla or another browser would work where your current one does not.

Try downloading and running lspfix from Here.
