There is a choice on the Windows advanced screen (F8) to have the bsod stay up, then record and post the full and exact error code.

It is because of the SATA drivers. Go into the BIOS and change the disk to ATAPI mode and then it will boot.
 
If you want it to boot into AHCI there is a whole bunch of wrestling involved.
