New computer, Dim 8400, Windows XP Home.  Having trouble opening hyperlinks in Outlook Express6.  When I click on a link within an email all I get is bing,bing.  For six days there was no problem, now it is an on again, off again thing.  Have searched web for various solutions. When I click Run and test the following regsvr32.urllmon.dll, shdocvw.dll;actxprxy.dll;oleaut32.dll; mshtml.dll;browseul.dll;shell32.dll and msjava.dll.  msjava I receive the following message:"Load library failed, The specific module could not be found.  I have McAfee Virus,firewall,personal security and spamkiller.  It does not matter if I have the enabled or not.
