DELL PREMIER PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS - If you have received a valid discount up to 10% on selected systems or 20% Discount on selected Monitors & Accessories or 3% Discount on selected servers from Dell Australia Pty Limited, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

1. This Discount is valid until 28th June 2024.
2. This Discount is limited to eligible Corporate group/affinity ID, unless specified otherwise in writing.
3. This Discount is only applicable for selected Dell Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision, PowerEdge, Monitors & Accessories unless specified otherwise in writing.
4. To get this Discount, Login to your Dell Premier Store (www.dell.com.au/premier). Prices displayed in Dell Premier Store is After Discount has been applied for eligible systems, PowerEdge servers, Monitors or Accessories. This Discount can only be applicable in Dell Premier store.
5. This Discount cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
6. This Discount can be stackable with any other coupon; this Discount cannot be combined with any other cash off price, sale, promotion; this Discount is not applicable on Standard Configuration bundles and offline quotations from account managers, unless specified otherwise in writing.
7. This Discount cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
8. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Discount promotions at any time.
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice or liability to you.
10. All purchases are subject to Dell Australia Pty Limited Commercial Terms of Sale govern the sale of Dell products, software and services to commercial customers, Small and Medium Businesses (excluding Small Business Contracts), Public Sector and Large Enterprises.
11. All decisions made by Dell in respect of the Discount promotions or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.
12. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
13. All purchases under the Discount promotions are subject to verification of a valid eligibility. False representations of eligibility void the offer and Dell reserves the right to collect the full price of any such order placed.
