Service Credits

Achieve IT Flexibility and Real Results with Service Credits

Technology and business priorities change faster than traditional budgeting and procurement cycles, making it hard to staff the right expertise, start projects on time, and stay within plan. Dell Service Credits (insert link to datasheet) provide a simple, prepaid way to access trusted Dell experts and tailored services whenever they’re needed—without raising a new purchase order for every engagement. Use Service Credits to fast-track an AI proof of concept with Dell consultants, bring in cloud and security specialists during a critical migration, or close workforce skill gaps when rolling out new end-user technologies. By securing services budget up front and drawing down credits across initiatives, organizations accelerate procurement, reduce delays, and keep modernization efforts moving smoothly.

With traditional services purchasing, each engagement typically requires a new quote, purchase order and approval cycle. With Dell Service Credits, services are funded up front as a prepaid pool and then redeemed across eligible engagements for 12 months, helping streamline procurement, reduce administrative effort and speed how quickly projects can start.

Dell Service Credits are ideal when organizations expect to use Dell services across multiple projects or domains over the course of a year and want simpler funding and more flexibility. Common scenarios include planning several AI, multicloud, security or workforce initiatives, needing to bridge skills gaps with Dell experts, or wanting to avoid delays from repeatedly raising new purchase orders.

Service Credits can be redeemed for Consulting Services (Artificial Intelligence, Multicloud, Modern Workforce, and Security and Resilience) as well as Custom Deploy Services and Managed and Residency Services. Services must be ordered and paid for as a bill-in-advance order to be eligible for redemption. For any additional questions on which services are in scope, please reach out to your Services Sales Representative.
