  • Delivery time for West Malaysia (2-5 Business days) excludes locations inaccessible by road & restricted areas.
  • Delivery time for East Malaysia (8-10 Business days) as the location of the stock hub is in Penang. Delivery time excludes locations inaccessible by road & restricted areas.
  • If any order(s) contain both a Dell system and accessories, these products may be delivered separately.
  • In stock for Delivery order is subject to Dell’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale that are available on request or at dell.com.my.
  • Delivery tracking will be available once an order confirmation email containing order number has been sent via email.

We recommend signing in to your account before interacting with our virtual assistant. This will enable us to provide you with the most relevant and accurate information.

Order Status Web Page
Alternatively, you can also view your orders and track your shipping status by conveniently log in to your account through the "My Account" or "Premier" sign-in portal (located on top of our homepage). Once logged in, navigate to “Orders” tab on the left side and you can use your order number, PO number, or DPID to track the status of your order. Our Order Status web page provides a secure and easy way to access the information you need.
