We welcome the standardization, simplification and harmonization of international reporting standards and we are committed to driving meaningful impact and transparently disclosing our progress.
Our approach to disclosure is informed by global standards and frameworks and we continue monitoring and preparing for the evolving reporting landscape. In FY24, we consolidated our disclosure to include the following three combined indexes. -
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI): GRI identifies the most relevant issues for sustainability reporting in a consistent and comparable manner, and Dell has long supported this approach to enhance the significance of our reporting.
- SASB Index: We report to the industry-specific standards for technology and communications hardware and software established by the SASB Index.
- World Economic Forum (WEF) Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics Index (SCM): Dell, alongside 25 other companies, was one of the initial signatories of the recent initiative in 2020 by the World Economic Forum to align and focus corporate environment, social and governance disclosures.
