Set up an installation appointment
Your engagement manager will call or email you to get your installation scheduled right in your home.

Our expert technician arrives at your appointment and performs your service:
For the Home PC Set Up basic service, we will:
- Connect to your wifi
- Connect the keyboard, mouse, or personal printer
- Log on and configure the IP address
- Set up email and connect to the internet
- Uninstall one system currently in place
Add-ons
When ordering online you can add*:
User Settings and Data Migration Add-on:
- Migrate your data and user settings from your former PC (Up to 100Gb. Contact sales if you need to migrate more than 100Gb)
- Install additional components and peripherals (multiple monitors, docks, etc)
When ordering by phone we offer even more services*:
- Migrate your data and user settings from your former PC (Up to 100Gb. Contact sales if you need to migrate more than 100Gb)

- Install that software you’ve been wanting to use
- Install and upgrade the Operating System
