  • Your membership expiration date will be reflected in your Dell My Account. Your teacher or faculty staff status needs to be renewed regularly.
  • The discount program is only valid for orders as a consumer.
  • Please make sure you are allowed to participate in the program.

1. If you already have a Dell “My Account”, click here to sign in. If you don’t have one yet, click here to create an account.
2. Register for Dell Rewards if you haven't done so already. Once you register for Dell Rewards, click the Dell Rewards box to move forward with your teacher or faculty staff status verification.
3. Verify your teacher or faculty staff status.
4. Once your status is verified and applied to your account, your teacher discount will automatically be applied to eligible products at check out.

• Start by creating or logging in to your Dell My Account here. Click the Verify button on the Dell Rewards & Membership tab. SheerID will collect some basic personal information to confirm your current eligibility. SheerID may also ask you to upload some documentation that substantiates your status and eligibility.
• To ensure a quick and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).

• No, you do not have to have an academic email address to verify. We're partnering with Sheer ID - a third party service - to confirm your eligibility through their verification process. If asked to upload proof of eligibility to verify your teacher status, you’ll need to provide a school-issued document such as a teacher ID, screenshot URL of the public faculty listing or pay stub (sensitive data should be redacted). • Verification is processed by a third-party service. For more information, please refer to the Sheer ID | Teacher FAQ. Still having trouble? Visit Sheer ID's SheerID | Educator Help Center to confirm your eligibility.

• In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous. Occasionally verification requires a document review, which takes approximately 20 minutes. You’ll be notified when the verification process is complete.

• The discount will be automatically applied to eligible products at check out.

• The discount may not be used in conjunction with other voucher code offers. A discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Affiliate Cashback coupons will not work with teacher discounts and they cannot be used together.
• The discount can be used where we offer money off (strike-through prices) on the Dell Site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The voucher will expire on/at the date/time as stated. If no time is stated then it will expire at 23:59 local time on the day stated. The time quoted is the time that the order must be submitted by online and acknowledged by Dell.

2. The voucher will have a % discount off stated product(s). The voucher cannot be used against non-qualifying products or segments. You may also register your email address to receive special deals.

3. The coupon is only valid on purchases made online or from Dell Advisors over the phone, unless otherwise stated. Dell reserves the right not to offer coupons if the Dell Online Store is not accessible for any reason.

4. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with other voucher offers. Only one applicable voucher promotion may be used for each online order submission. A voucher cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Only three unit per voucher , and two voucher per year and customer will be honored.
