Dell Advantage for Employees (UK) – FAQs


The Dell Advantage for Employees program (also known as the Dell Member Purchase Program, or MPP) gives staff at participating UK companies exclusive savings on laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories at Dell.co.uk. Eligibility is verified using your work email address, and discounts are applied automatically at checkout when combined with a free Dell Rewards account. Read the FAQs below to learn how to register, verify and start saving.

  • Who's eligible: Employees of UK companies registered with the Dell Advantage for Employees / Member Purchase Program (MPP) who have a valid work email address.
  • Where it works: Directly on Dell.co.uk for consumer orders only (not business purchases).
  • How to get it:
  • Create or log in to your Dell My Account.
  • Join Dell Rewards.
  • Verify your employee status using your valid work email address from your company's domain.
  • Your Dell employee discount is then applied automatically at checkout on eligible products.
  • Verification method: Work email verification (no third-party document upload required).
  • Discount level: Varies by company — verify your work email to see the exact discount you qualify for.
  • Limits:Up to 2 eligible products per transaction and up to 2 transactions per year per account.
  • Stacking with other offers:

The Dell Advantage for Employees discount is available to staff at UK companies registered with the Dell Member Purchase Program (MPP) who have a valid work email address from their company's domain.

•   Employees with a valid partner-company email address are eligible for the member discount.
•   Your eligibility must be renewed periodically. Your membership expiration date is shown in your Dell My Account.
•   The employee discount program is only valid for consumer orders.
•   Please ensure you are permitted to participate in the program under your employer's policies.

To receive your Dell employee discount when you shop on Dell.co.uk, create or sign in to your Dell My Account, join Dell Rewards, and verify your employee status with your work email address. Your discount will then be applied automatically to eligible products at checkout.

1. Sign in or create a Dell My Account.

    • If you already have a Dell “My Account”, click here to sign in.
    • If you don’t have one yet, click here to create an account.

2. Register for Dell Rewards.

    • Once signed in, register for Dell Rewards through your My Account if you haven’t done so already.

3. Verify your employee status with your work email address.

    • In your My Account, go to the Dell Rewards & Membership tab and verify using a valid work email associated with an entitled organization.

4. Shop and check out on Dell.co.uk.

    • After your status is verified, your Dell employee discount will be automatically applied to eligible products at checkout.

The Dell employee discount level varies by company.

•   The exact percentage and offer set is determined by the agreement Dell has with each participating organisation.
•   To see which discount you qualify for, verify your employee status with a valid work email address. Once verified, your specific employee pricing will display on Dell.co.uk and apply automatically at checkout.

No. You can create a Dell My Account using any email address (personal or work).

•   However, to verify your employee status and unlock the discount, you must use a work email associated with an entitled organisation registered in the Dell Advantage for Employees program.
•   You can keep a personal email as your sign-in email and add a work email solely for membership verification.

A verification error usually means your work email doesn't meet one of the program requirements. Check the following:

• Your email must include your company's domain. Example: johntest@johnscompany.co.uk. Generic personal domains (e.g., gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.co.uk) cannot be used to verify employee status.
• Your work email may already be in use. You cannot use an email address to verify employee status that is already in use by another customer.
• Your company may not yet be registered. If your company is not part of Dell's Advantage for Employees program, please contact sales – Contact Us.

No. If you already have a Dell My Account, you do not need to create a new one to receive the employee discount. Simply:

•   Sign in to your existing Dell My Account here.
•   Go to the Dell Rewards & Membership tab.
•   Complete the employee verification using your valid work email address.

Once verification is complete, your Dell employee discount will be applied automatically to eligible products at checkout.

Dell Rewards is a free program that lets you unlock member perks, earn rewards on eligible Dell.co.uk purchases, and enable your Dell employee discount. As a Dell Rewards member in the UK, you can:

•   Earn points on eligible Dell purchases made on Dell.co.uk or through a Dell sales representative.
•   Redeem points for money-off discount coupons called "Dell Cash", which you can use towards future Dell purchases.
•   Apply Dell Cash on orders with a minimum balance of £100 after Rewards are applied.
•   Earn points through simple Dell Rewards activities, such as filling out your profile or playing instant-win games.
•   Receive member-only offers for extra savings.

•   You are signed in to your verified Dell My Account.
•   Your employee membership is active and not expired.

However:

•  The employee discount can be used where Dell offers money-off (strike-through) prices on Dell.co.uk, giving you stacked savings on selected items.

Yes. The Dell employee discount has product and transaction limits to ensure fair use.

•   The discount is valid for up to 2 products per transaction, regardless of product type (laptops, monitors, or accessories).
•   You can use the discount on up to 2 transactions per year per account.

No. The Dell employee discount is only valid for purchases made directly on your local Dell website, Dell.co.uk.

•   The discount does not apply at third-party retailers or other websites, even if they sell Dell products.
•   The discount does not apply to Dell business sites or marketplace sellers.

Most products listed on Dell.co.uk, including XPS laptops, Dell desktops, Dell and Alienware monitors, and accessories, can be purchased with your employee discount, but some exclusions may apply.

•   Specifically, the Dell Pro Essential range of laptops is excluded from this program.
•   Some limited-edition lines, gift cards and clearance items may be excluded; exclusions are flagged on the product page and at checkout.

•   Include your order reference, the product(s) you're trying to buy, and a screenshot of the issue. The Dell Advantage team typically responds within one business day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The voucher will expire on/at the date/time as stated. If no time is stated then it will expire at 23:59 local time on the day stated. The time quoted is the time that the order must be submitted by online and acknowledged by Dell.

2. The voucher will have a % discount off stated product(s). The voucher cannot be used against non-qualifying products or segments. You may also register your email address to receive special deals.

3. The coupon is only valid on purchases made online or from Dell Advisors over the phone, unless otherwise stated. Dell reserves the right not to offer coupons if the Dell Online Store is not accessible for any reason.

4. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with other voucher offers. Only one applicable voucher promotion may be used for each online order submission. A voucher cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Only three unit per voucher , and two voucher per year and customer will be honored.

5. The voucher discount will be applied during online order process after correct submission of relevant information, including completing voucher code during order process. Voucher discount will be included in price prior to submission of online order by customer. Voucher discount will not be applied to incorrectly submitted orders or requests for discount after online ordering process has been submitted by customer.

6. If you use this voucher and subsequently cancel or return the order, the voucher will no longer be valid and the respective value may not be reapplied to another order. If you return your order, the refund amount will be the purchase price paid less the value of the voucher. Voucher may not be redeemed for cash and is nontransferable. Taxes, shipping, handling and other fees are extra, vary and are not subject to discount, unless otherwise specified.

7. Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offer may change without notice. All orders are subject to approval, and only binding when accepted by Dell in a written order confirmation.
