Here's how to clear stuck jobs from the Windows 10 Print Queue. Search for "Printers". Then select "Devices and Printers". Select your printer. Then click "See what's printing". Select "Printer", Cancel all documents, then "Yes" to clear the queue.
If an error occurs or the documents don't clear, restart the Print Spooler. Search for "Services", then select "Services Desktop app". Scroll down to "Print Spooler", select it and click "Restart".
Once it's done, try clearing the jobs again. If you're still having trouble, stop the Print Spooler and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS. Manually delete all files. Then restart the Spooler.
