How to Install Data Center Rack for PowerEdge MX7000

This Video will demonstrate the installation procedure of Data Center Rack for the PowerEdge MX7000.

1. Pull the four enclosure handles upward, and lift the enclosure.
2. Align the rear of the enclosure with the rails and slide the enclosure into the rack.

a. When the rear enclosure handles are near the rack flange, press the blue release buttons on the sides of each enclosure handle, and push the handles down until it locks into place.
b. Push the enclosure into the rack.
c. When the enclosure handles are near the rack flange, press the blue release buttons on the sides of each enclosure handle, and push the handles down until it locks into place.
d. Slide the enclosure into the rack until it is firmly seated.

3. Tighten the captive screws on the front panel of the enclosure.
4. Install the sleds, rear modules, power supplies, and fans.
