Here's how to clear a paper jam from your printer. We're using a B2360dn, but the process is similar for all the models listed. Switch the power off. Remove the paper tray and clear any partially fed paper.
Check for scraps in the pickup area and in the duplex tray. Check the paper in the tray for damage and discard any torn or creased sheets. Replace the tray.
Open the front cover, on older models the button's on the left. Pull on the blue handles to remove the toner, then the drum. Be careful removing paper from the fuser area.
Always allow the fuser to cool for at least 30 minutes before touching it directly. Lift the blue flap and remove any scraps of paper. Reinsert the drum and toner, then close the front cover.
Open the back cover to get access to the rear of the fuser. Clear any paper, then close the cover. Check the output bin rollers for paper, then switch the printer back on.
If you're still having trouble, go to Dell.com/Support. Search for your printer model, and the error code from your printers screen for more detailed help.
