VMAX3: No Paths Seen to LUNs After Replaced HBA Using Red Hat Linux

Symptoms
The LUNs allocated are from the array. The LUNs are replicated with two paths to the local and remote using each HBA (2 x 2 X 2 = 8 paths for each LUN).
The HBA (host11) is zoned to two ports on both local and remote disk arrays providing four paths to each LUN using this HBA.
The replaced or new HBA (host9) is zoned to two ports on both the local and remote disk arrays. There are no paths to the LUN using this HBA.
The CART report shows all disk array FA (port-5 on both local and remote) for HBA (host9) as shown below:
