Symptoms
Running rpowermt command returns "Segmentation fault" against PowerPath/VE (ESXi) hosts.
Cause
This mostly is due to PPMA not able to communicate with the PowerPath/VE hosts and hence leads to this error.
Resolution
This issue has mostly been seen with PPMA 3.4 P01 (and onwards) with vSphere ESXi 8.x hosts.
This is due to the user (with which the vCenter is added) not having required privileges or the mandatory user "powerpath@vsphere.local" isn't used to add the vCenter to PPMA 3.4 P01.
