PowerProtect: Unable to ADD Data Domain to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14

Symptoms

Data Domain is not added to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 with the following error.
 
Unable to add Data Domain - Handshake failed

Data Domain SMS logs (sms.info) show the following error message:  
WARNING: smu_services_verify_dhparam_file:454 DH PARAMETER file "/root/certs/dhparam.pem" doesn't exist.
ERROR: _sms_init_ssl_server_context:496:Error loading DH parameter file, DH parameter file doesn't exist

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager is only able to complete SSL handshake when the file /root/certs/dhparam.pem is present in the Data Domain.

Resolution

Contact Dell PowerProtect Data Manager Support to regenerate the file /root/certs/dhparam.pem in Data Domain.
