Server Avamar byl upgradován z verze 19.4 na 19.7.
PdM selže s následující zprávou. 
Chyba při načítání úloh. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found (Selhal s chybovým kódem HTTP: 404 další informace) HTTP Status 404 – Not Found.

Jedná se o problém se softwarem.

1) Přihlaste se k operačnímu systému Avamar Utility Node jako uživatel root.

2) Změňte oprávnění souboru preferences.dtd. 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Restartujte službu tomcat. 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
