Avamar Server 已从 19.4 升级到 19.7。
PDM 失败，并显示以下消息;
获取任务时出错。Failed with HTTP error code：404 additional information“ HTTP Status 404 – Not Found（HTTP 状态 404 – 未找到）失败并显示 HTTP 错误代码：404 其他信息。

这是软件问题。

1） 以 root 用户身份登录 Avamar Utility 节点操作系统。

2） 更改 preferences.dtd 的权限 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3） 重新启动 tomcat 服务 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
