Сервер Avamar був оновлений з 19.4 до 19.7.

Помилка під час отримання завдань. Не вдалося з кодом помилки HTTP:404 додаткова інформація" Стан HTTP 404 – не знайдено.

Це проблема програмного забезпечення.

1) Увійдіть в операційну систему Avamar Utility Node як кореневий користувач.

2) Зміна дозволу налаштувань.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Перезапустіть службу tomcat 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
