CloudIQ: What documentation is available for CloudIQ?

CloudIQ is a no-cost cloud-native application that proactively monitors and measures the overall health of your storage systems through intelligent, comprehensive and predictive analytics.

Documentation for the application is limited to a white paper and on-line help via the CloudIQ User Interface.

If you have further questions please call our Software Support Center at 800-782-4362 and speak with a CST (customer support technician) to open a ticket.  The CST group handles all customer inquiries when a customer calls in (directs calls to software teams/team members, answers basic overall company questions if possible, and opens Service Requests for customers).  That line is covered 24/7.
