Cause
Connection requests to embed Unisphere are timed out.
Extensive uptime on the containers seems to prevent the discovery of arrays from the VSI plugin.
Slowness of the Unisphere for PowerMax UI was also observed.

Resolution
Reboot the MGMT containers.
Once the containers are rebooted, the arrays are available to register in the VSI plugin.
