Symptoms
Unable to clone policies, error received.
"Server has encountered runtime error."
Cause
The issue is that some fields in the database cannot be updated.
Resolution
The issue is seen in version 19.17. As version 19.17 is out of maintenance, only security updates are made.
The fix is to upgrade vPtotect to version 19.19 or later.
The workaround is to create a new policy instead of cloning.
