Cause

NetWorker 伺服器有多個 NIC，無法識別必須從哪個 NIC 讀取。

「nsrwatch」和「ping」會顯示不同的 IP，但不會顯示有授權檔案的 IP。

IPv6 已啟用。

 

Resolution

使用授權檔案中指定的 IP 排定 NIC 的優先順序：

  1. 開啟「網路和共用中心」。
  2. 按一下變更配接卡設定。
  3. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下說明中含有 TAP-Win32 配接卡 V9 的配接卡，然後選取內容。
  4. 選取網際網路通訊協定版本 4 （TCP/IPv4），然後按一下內容。
  5. 按一下進階。
  6. 清除自動指標選項，然後在介面指標方塊中輸入「1」，並指定高優先順序。
    網路 - 一般 - IP 設定
  7. 請按照相同的步驟製作其他 NIC，然後輸入較大的值 （例如：10）給予它低優先順序。
  8. 在所有視窗上按一下確定，然後重新開機電腦，以使變更生效。
