AWCC 计划的更新不起作用

 

运行任务以更新 AWCC 应用程序时，您可能会遇到计划失败。在 Alienware 或 G 系列笔记本电脑或台式机上安装最新版本的 AWCC 更新失败。它不会自动将应用程序更新到可用的最新版本。

Cause

AWCC 的签名证书与版本 6.6.14.0 不同。Dell Technologies Inc. 是新的法定名称。较旧版本的 AWCC 改为使用 Dell Inc.。

AWCC 版本 5.6.9.0 及更低版本中的签名检查器模块无法验证 AWCC 版本 6.6.14.0 的新合法名称。如果安装程序无法确定签名的有效性，安装程序将停止。

Resolution

提醒：您必须拥有设备的管理员权限才能更改作系统或更新任何软件。
