Symptoms

NetWorker: Käynnistyksen varmuuskopiointi epäonnistuu todennustietokannan tallennuksen aikana. Error: nsrauthcasm, jonka koodi on 1 Can't encode arguments

Error from the Server db Backup action log - 
save: Step (4 of 7) for PID-3224: Successfully connected to the target media device through the nsrmmd process on the host '<NetWorker server>' for the save set 'bootstrap'.
save: Step (5 of 7) for PID-3224: Reading the save sets and writing to the target device.
nsrauthcasm: The temporary file 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\authcdb_000001' for backup did not get generated correctly.
nsrauthcasm: XDR flush failed.
save: external ASM `nsrauthcasm' exited with code 1
:save: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\authcdb.mv.db was not successfully saved
Can't encode arguments
save: save of 'bootstrap' to server '<NetWorker server>' failed.

Cause

Todennuksen tietokantatiedostojen ristiriita.  NetWorker 19.8.x -työaseman C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\ todennustiedot koostuvat kahdesta tiedostosta: authcdb.mv.db ja authcdb.lock.  Tässä tilanteessa todennustietojen sijainnissa on kopio authcdb.h2.db-valikosta, jota päivitetään aktiivisesti authcdb.mv.db-tiedoston sijasta.

Resolution

Luo todennustietokanta uudelleen. Windows NetWorker -palvelimessa tämä tehdään asentamalla NetWorker-paketti uudelleen upouusilla todennustiedostoilla.

Vaiheet:

1. Poista NetWorker Ohjelmat ja toiminnot -kohdasta.
2. Nimeä uudelleen nimi C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server'3
. Asenna NetWorker uudelleen olemassa olevan tiedostorakenteen päälle. Uusi authc-palvelinhakemisto luodaan.

Tämä ei ole vaaraksi nykyisille NetWorker-kokoonpanoille tai -varmuuskopioille. NetWorker-järjestelmänvalvojan salasana on kuitenkin luotava uudelleen. Jos aiemmin olit määrittänyt lisää NetWorker-käyttäjiä tai integroitu ulkoisia varmenteet (AD/LDAP), se on määritettävä uudelleen.
