SAMENVATTING

Door het CIFS-logboekniveau van het systeem te verhogen, wordt aanvullende informatie vastgelegd om het probleem op te lossen.

VAN TOEPASSING OP

  • Alle Datadomain-systemen (exclusief DD200)

  • 4.1.5.0 en hoger
  • CIFS

INSTRUCTIE

  1. Open de hersteller via telnet, SSH of seriële directe verbinding.

    Typ in de opdrachtprompt: 
    cifs option set loglevel 3
  2. Logboeken uploaden naar de supportserver. 
    support upload bundle
  3. Reset het logboekniveau. 
    cifs option reset loglevel
  4. Als u met een supportengineer hebt gewerkt en een case hebt aangemaakt, laat de supportengineer dan weten dat u logbestanden hebt geüpload.
