备份和还原问题所需的文件和信息：
 
从运行 Open VMS 的 NetWorker 客户端：
  1. 对于备份问题，以下命令的输出：
mcr nsr$system：save “vvv-D9” -s <nw_server>
其中 <nw_server> 是 NetWorker 服务器的名称
  1. 对于还原问题，以下命令的输出：
mcr nsr$system：recover “vvv-D9” -s <nw_server>
其中 <nw_server> 是 NetWorker 服务器的名称
  1. 对于所有问题，请输出以下命令：
$ tcpip show hosts/local
显示主机表
$ tcpip netstat -p ip
显示 IP 统计信息
$ tcpip netstat -p tcp
显示 TCP 统计信息
$ run sys$system： tcpip$nslookup <nw_servername>
验证正向名称查找是否正常工作
$运行 sys$system：tcpip$nslookup <nw_servern_ip_address>
验证反向名称查找是否正常工作
$ mcr nsr$system：rpcinfo -p <hostname>
要验证端口
$ show system
列出正在运行的服务
 
从 NetWorker 服务器：
守护 进程。原始文件位于 UNIX 系统上的“/nsr/logs”或
Windows 系统
上的“C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs”中
