All performance cases require:
- SPCollect for VNX and Service data for Dell EMC UNITY
- NARFiles for VNX and Archive files for Unity cover the problem period
- Clear problem statements.
- The time (with the time zone GMT/UTC difference) and date
- The server names or CLARiiON Storage Groups that own the LUNs.
- The LUNs that the affected application was using at that time.
- Some examples of non-break fix activities:
- Request to collect logs for presales sizing activity
- Review of overall system performance
- Proactive request for Heat maps
- Proactive request to check overall system configuration
- Assistance with the implementation of an array
- Review a weeks worth of NARfiles or Archives data
- Involvement in benchmarking

If the service request includes any of the non-Break Fix activities, consult with the local account team.
