Symptoms


사용자가 운영 Control Station IP 주소를 사용하여 Unisphere에 액세스할 수 없습니다.  
/nas/ 및 nas_commands 실패했거나 찾을
수 없는 nas_checkup Unisphere에 오류를 보고합니다(참고 참조).

Cause

여러 문제가 발생하면 CS 페일오버가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

/nasmcd/getreason을 사용하여 Control Station의 상태를 확인합니다. (페일오버된 상태를 보여 주는 GetReason 출력)
 
[nasadmin@VNXLab ~]$ /nasmcd/getreason
11 - slot_0 보조 컨트롤 스테이션
10 - slot_1 운영 컨트롤 스테이션
 5 - slot_2 문의됨
 5 - slot_3 연결됨
 5 - slot_4 연결됨
 
Control Station은 여러 가지 방법을 사용하여 페일백할 수 있습니다.

nas_checkup 오류입니다. 
 
Control Station: 기본이 활성 상태인지 확인
오류 HC_CS_14505082897: 슬롯 0이 운영 Control Station이 아님
행동:
  1. 시스템의 다양한 로그를 사용하여 Control Station의 페일오버를 유발하는 문제를 확인합니다. Control Station을 페일백하기 전에 실패의 원인이 무엇이고 해결되었는지 확인하십시오.
  2. Control Station의 슬롯 1에서 "/nasmcd/sbin/cs_standby -failback" 명령을 실행합니다. 슬롯 1의 Control Station이 재부팅되고 슬롯 0의 Control Station이 기본 스테이션이 됩니다.
  3. 서비스가 완전히 시작될 때까지 5분 정도 기다린 후 두 Control Station에 nasadmin으로 로그인하여 문제가 해결되었는지 확인합니다. 슬롯 0의 Control Station에 로그인하면 정상적으로 로그인되어야 합니다. 슬롯 1의 Control Station에 로그인하면 슬롯 1이 운영 Control Station이 아니라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.
