Symptoms

avvcbimage.log 파일과 avtar.log 파일 모두에서 여러 오류가 발생합니다.

  • Avvcbimage.log
avvcbimage Warning <6653>: CTL workorder "MOD-1289960020340" non-zero exit status 'code 158: Cannot establish connection with server (possible network or DNS failure)'
  • Avtar.log
avtar Error <10541>: Failed to resolve Data Domain Server name

Cause

Avamar VMware 프록시가 Data Domain 서버를 확인할 수 없습니다.

    Resolution

    Avamar VMware 프록시의 DNS 항목(/etc/resolv.conf)을 검토해야 합니다.


    문제 해결 지침: 

    1. 문제의 프록시에 SSH 연결
    2. 오류에서 avtar Error <10541>에 Data Domain 호스트 이름을 기록합니다.
    3. 프록시에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다( DataDomainHostname 을 Data Domain 호스트 이름으로 바꿉니다. /etc/hosts에 구성된 이름 서버를 사용하며 Data Domain을 확인할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
    grep -oP '(?<=^nameserver\s)\S+' /etc/resolv.conf | xargs -I{} sh -c 'echo -n "{}: "; nslookup "DataDomainHostname" {} >/dev/null && echo "OK" || echo "FAIL"'
    1. 이름 확인에 실패하면 구성된 이름 서버가 올바른지 확인합니다. 
    • 항목이 올바르고 Data Domain 호스트 이름을 확인할 수 없는 경우 프록시의 구성된 IP 정보를 조사하고 올바른 값으로 다시 배포하십시오. 
    • 올바르지 않은 경우 올바른 DNS 항목을 사용하여 프록시를 다시 배포합니다.
