Cause
在迁移和写入启用 CAS 的存储区时，ECS 仅支持本机 CAS API。ECS 发行说明对此进行了概述：
"Migration is not supported through sync or native migration because ECS does not take XAM clips. Migration of XAM clips should be done by the customer using native CAS SDK."
Resolution
