Symptoms

Exchange 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

2014-01-15 11:39:59 avexvss Info <18202>: The Powershell interface already has required permissions.  Will not impersonate with provided credentials.
2014-01-15 11:43:10 avexvss Error <0000>: Error [EXMB1.EMC.com] Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot complete the operation within the time specified. Cause

Exchange 클라이언트가 오랫동안 다시 부팅되지 않은 경우 IIS(인터넷 정보 서비스)의 상태가 좋지 않을 수 있습니다.

페더레이션 Exchange DAG 백업의 경우 방화벽이 DAG 구성원 간의 PowerShell 원격 액세스를 차단할 수 있습니다.

 

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 아래 해결 방법을 따르십시오.
1. IIS를 다시 시작합니다.
2. Exchange 데이터 세트에 지정된 사용자 이름과 암호가 올바른지 확인합니다.
3. PowerShell 원격 액세스가 비활성화되어 있는지 확인하고 다음 PowerShell 명령을 사용하여 활성화해 봅니다. 
Enable-PSremoting -force

4. 다음 PowerShell 명령을 입력하여 Windows 원격 관리 서비스를 활성화합니다. 
winrm quickconfig 
5. 백업이 계속 실패하거나 오류 메시지가 표시되는 경우 "Powershell interface unable to logon as new user," 추가 디버깅을 활성화하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
a. ps_exec.exe 있는 bin 디렉토리에 "ps_exec.cmd"라는 텍스트 파일을 생성합니다.   ".txt" 파일 확장자가 아닌 ".cmd"로 생성되었는지 확인합니다.
b. ps_exec.cmd 편집 다음 줄을 추가합니다. 
--debug
c. 데이터 세트에 입력된 "AvamarBackupUser" 자격 증명을 사용하여 Exchange DAG 테스트 백업을 다시 실행하면 "ps_exec.log"라는 새 로그 파일이 생성됩니다.  이 로그는 "AvamarBackupUser" 계정에 필요할 수 있는 추가 보안 사용 권한을 식별하는 데 도움이 됩니다.

각 Exchange 클라이언트에 "AvamarBackupUser" 계정으로 로그인하고 Exchange 관리 셸을 열고 다음과 같은 명령을 사용하여 Powershell 기능을 확인합니다.
  
get-mailboxdatabase

또는 다음과 같이 Avamar 클러스터 에이전트 서비스(페더레이션된 Exchange DAG)를 재구성합니다.

1. 페일오버 클러스터 관리자 툴을 시작합니다.
2. "Dell Avamar backup cluster client for DAG_NAME>"를 <중지합니다.
3. Services를 열고 "DELL Avamar Backup Agent for DAG_NAME>"를 <찾습니다.
4. 이 서비스가 시작되면 중지하십시오.
5. 속성에서 "로그온" 탭을 선택합니다. 이 탭에서 "This account" 옵션을 선택하고 "AvamarBackupUser" 계정의 자격 증명을 입력합니다.
6. 적용 및 확인을 선택합니다.
7. 각 DAG 노드에서 3-6단계를 반복합니다.
8. Failover Cluster Manager를 열고 "DELL Avamar backup cluster client for DAG_NAME>"를 <시작합니다.
 
이렇게 하면 모든 DAG 노드가 "Backup Agent" 및 "Dell Avamar Backup Agent <for dagname> 서비스" 모두에 대해 동일한 "AvamarBackupUser" 계정으로 시작됩니다.  
 
DAG 클라이언트의 데이터 세트에서 "AvamarBackupUser" 자격 증명 필드는 비워 둡니다. 위에서 언급한 절차를 따르면 이러한 자격 증명을 입력할 필요가 없기 때문입니다.**

*위의 해결 방법이 모두 실패하면 Exchange 관리 PowerShell 또는 IIS가 잘못 구성되었거나 불완전한 것입니다. 필요한 구성 요소의 문제를 해결, 재구성 또는 재설치하려면 Microsoft 지원에 문의해야 합니다.

추가 문제 해결 단계:

PowerShell을 초기화하고 서버에 연결할 수 없는 경우 Microsoft 설치 문제입니다. 이 문제에는 여러 가지 이유가 있습니다.

Microsoft 문서에서: "PowerShell 원격은 Windows Server 플랫폼에서 기본적으로 사용하도록 설정되어 있습니다. Enable-PSRemoting을 사용하여 *지원되는 다른 버전의 Windows에서 PowerShell 원격을 사용하도록 설정하고 사용하지 않도록 설정된 경우 원격 기능을 다시 사용하도록 설정할 수 있습니다. 명령을 수신하는 각 서버에서 이 명령을 한 번만 실행하십시오."

작동하는 Exchange 서버와 문제가 있는 서버가 있는 경우 PowerShell에서 "systeminfo" 명령을 사용하여 패치 수준을 비교합니다.


1. IIS 관리자에서 올바르거나 유효한 SSL 인증서가 "기본 웹 사이트" 및 "Exchange 백 엔드"에 할당되어 있는지 확인합니다. 두 사이트 모두 "바인딩" -> HTTPS에서 찾을 수 있습니다. Powershell 웹사이트의 "Exchange Back End" 아래에 있는 "SSL 설정"의 "SSL 필요"에서 선택 표시를 제거합니다. SSL 인증서를 무시하고 Powershell 연결이 작동하는지 테스트합니다. 2. 관리자 권한으로 sin Powershell 명령을 실행하고 결과를 공유합니다.

3. Windows 업데이트 KB3134758 제거 - 4. Windows 기능 "Windows PowerShell 2.0 엔진" 확인 및 설치 - 5. 다음 명령을 사용하여 PowerShell 연결을 테스트합니다.
  
new-pssession -Authentication "kerberos" -ConfigurationName "Microsoft.Exchange" -Credential "domain\avamarbackupuser"  -ConnectionURI http://ex21.example.com/PowerShell
