Cause

I backup hanno esito negativo a causa dell'impossibilità di eseguire il controllo di coerenza (tramite Eseutil) sui database Exchange.

Resolution

Modificare il dataset per abilitare l'opzione "Disable consistency check (recommended only if there is more than two members in DAG)"

Come indicato nel nome dell'opzione, abilitare questa opzione SOLO se si tratta di un Exchange Database Availability Group (DAG) con due o più nodi nel cluster.  

Se si tratta di un Exchange server standalone o se si desidera consentire il controllo di coerenza sul DAG Exchange, regolare i valori per le seguenti opzioni nel dataset:

 

  • #IOs tra una pausa e l'altra
  • Durata delle pause (ms)

I valori predefiniti per entrambi i parametri sono 1000 ms. Provare valori più bassi, ad esempio 500, e monitorare le prestazioni di backup. Regolare verso l'alto o verso il basso secondo necessità.
