Symptoms



Ring hjem fungerer ikke efter en Dell EMC Unity: Systemet blev konfigureret på en EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) Virtual Edition (VE) gateway-server.

Cause

Dell EMC Unity: systemer kræver, at ESRS er konfigureret ved hjælp af Dell EMC Unity: Unisphere Manager for at aktivere Call Home-funktionalitet.

Resolution

Konfigurere centraliseret ESRS ved hjælp af Unisphere Manager:
  1. Vælg Indstillinger > for konfiguration af support.
  2. Indtast dine EMC-supportoplysninger og kontaktoplysninger.
  3. Vælg EMC Secure Remote Service.
  4. Vælg alternativknappen Centraliseret, og indtast netværksadressen til ESRS VE-gatewayserveren.
  5. Vælg Afslut.
ESRS-status ændres til tilstanden Tilsluttet, og Call Home aktiveres nu. Call home aktiveres automatisk, når ESRS-guiden og Unisphere-skærmen har ESRS-centraliseret status er tilsluttet.
