Call Home fungerar inte efter en Dell EMC Unity: systemet konfigurerades på en EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) Virtual Edition (VE) Gateway-server.

Cause

Dell EMC Unity: system kräver att ESRS konfigureras med hjälp av Dell EMC Unity: Unisphere Manager för att aktivera call home-funktionen.

Resolution

Konfigurera centraliserad ESRS med Unisphere Manager:
  1. Välj Inställningar > Stöd för konfiguration.
  2. Ange dina inloggningsuppgifter och kontaktinformation för EMC-support.
  3. Välj EMC Secure Remote Service.
  4. Välj alternativknappen Centraliserat alternativ och ange nätverksadressen för ESRS VE Gateway-servern.
  5. Välj Finish (slutför).
ESRS-status ändras till anslutet läge och call home aktiveras nu. Call Home aktiveras automatiskt när ESRS-guiden och Unisphere visar ESRS centraliserade status ansluten.
