使用者最近已將 SourceOne Email Management 升級至 7.2.6，且他正在為檔案系統執行 SourceOne。
使用者有一個檔案索引，其中包含一些有錯誤的索引，他正在嘗試為索引集重新編製索引。
重新索引操作失敗，ExAsIdxObj.exe.log或ExAsElasticIdxObj.log中出現以下錯誤：

將本地 idx 狀態標記為 missmsg c：\Work\EMC SourceOne IndexWork\virtual_201811_001\Index
[E：\Work\EMC SourceOne IndexWork\virtual_201811_001\Index] 初始m_pOpenDatabase在 2016 年失敗， '錯誤： 目錄中沒有 ISYS 索引：E：\Work\EMC SourceOne IndexWork\virtual_201811_001\Index\'。  正在嘗試修正。

Cause

Resolution
