主管 Web 會在審閱者主動處理和審閱郵件時隨機提示進行身份驗證。

Cause

當應用程式「SupervisorWeb」達到其虛擬記憶體限制時，它會發出 SupervisorWeb 應用程式池的回收。
以下事件會記錄在 Supervisor 伺服器上的系統事件記錄下。

進程 ID 為“ID#”的工作進程為應用程式池“SupervisorWeb”已請求回收，因為它已達到其虛擬記憶體限制。

在 IIS 紀錄 401 下，當在「SupervisorWeb」 IIS 應用程式池達到虛擬記憶體限制後請求下一條消息時，將記錄回應。

Resolution

將 IIS 中的 SupervisorWeb 應用程式池的工作進程可以使用的最大虛擬內存量（以 KB 為單位）設置為 0。（這意味著沒有限制）

  • 展開至 應用程式集區 ，然後選取「應用程式集區」
  • 在主螢幕中，選擇“SupervisorWeb”應用程式池。
  • 點擊右側窗格中的高級設置。
