Symptoms

  • RHEL Linux 서버에 새로 설치.
  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console)는 두 NetWorker Server에 모두 연결할 수 없습니다. NMC에 연결할 때 다음과 같은 팝업 오류가 나타납니다. 
'서버에 연결할 수 없음, 원격 시스템 오류 - 리소스를 일시적으로 사용할 수 없음'
  • 다음 오류가 NetWorker Server의 /nsr/logs/daemon.raw에 기록됩니다.

Cause

NetWorker Server에 NetWorker 포트 범위(기본값 7937-9936)에 속하는 일부 또는 모든 포트를 차단하는 로컬 운영 체제 방화벽이 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 로컬 운영 체제 방화벽 허용 서비스 포트 범위를 2에서 2000개 포트로 늘립니다. 7937-9936 범위입니다.

Red Hat Linux에서 로컬 운영 체제 방화벽의 포트 구성은 다음 파일에 있습니다.  /usr/lib/firewalld/zones/public.xml
설정을 변경할 수 있는 명령은 다음과 같습니다.
# firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=7937-9936/udp
# firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=7937-9936/tcp
# firewall-cmd --reload
 
참고: Microsoft Windows 설치에는 설치 마법사에 "OS 방화벽 구성" 옵션이 있습니다. 기본 포트가 방화벽을 통과할 수 있도록 이 옵션을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 이 옵션을 사용하지 않은 경우 NetWorker 포트 범위의 포트를 허용하도록 방화벽 규칙을 생성해야 합니다.
