Symptoms

Ethernet-poort wordt vermeld als defect.

Cause

Deze waarschuwing geeft aan dat een virtuele Ethernet-poort op de Dell Unity VSA of een Ethernet-poort op de fysieke ESXi-server is uitgevallen.
 

Resolution

  • Controleer het Dell UnityVSA systeemlogboek op fouten of waarschuwingen. 

  • Als u met de onderstaande stappen niets kunt vinden, start u de storageprocessor opnieuw op.

     

1. Controleer de poortstatus: GEBRUIKERSINTERFACE >Instellingen > Toegang tot > Ethernet

 
Toegang tot UI-instellingen >> Ethernet >

 

2. Controleer de Dell UnityVSA-logboeken op fouten:  UI-servicelogboeken >>

3. Controleer de onderliggende fysieke ESXi-server op fouten in de Ethernet-interfaces.

4. Controleer of alle kabels zijn aangesloten, en niet vuil of gekrompen zijn.
