Port Ethernet jest wymieniony jako uszkodzony.

Cause

Ten alert wskazuje, że doszło do awarii wirtualnego portu Ethernet w Dell Unity VSA lub portu Ethernet w fizycznym serwerze ESXi.
 

Resolution

  • Sprawdź dziennik systemowy Dell UnityVSA pod kątem błędów lub ostrzeżeń. 

  • Jeśli nic nie zostanie znalezione zgodnie z poniższymi instrukcjami, uruchom ponownie procesor pamięci masowej.

     

1. Sprawdź stan portu: INTERFEJSU UŻYTKOWNIKA >Ustawienia > Dostęp do > sieci Ethernet

 
> Ustawienia interfejsu użytkownika Przejdź > do > sieci Ethernet

 

2. Sprawdź dzienniki Dell UnityVSA pod kątem błędów:  > Dzienniki usługi interfejsu > użytkownika

3. Sprawdź podstawowy fizyczny serwer ESXi pod kątem błędów interfejsów Ethernet.

4. Sprawdź, czy wszystkie kable są podłączone i czy nie są brudne lub zaciśnięte.
