Symptoms

以太网端口列为故障。

Cause

此警报表示 Dell Unity VSA 上的虚拟以太网端口 或 物理 ESXi 服务器上的以太网端口出现故障。
 

Resolution

  • 检查 Dell UnityVSA 系统日志中是否有错误或警告。 

  • 如果使用以下步骤未找到任何内容，请重新启动存储处理器。

     

1.检查端口状态：用户界面 >设置 >接入>以太网

 
UI > Settings > Access > Ethernet

 

2.检查 Dell UnityVSA 日志中是否存在错误：  UI > 服务 > 日志

3.检查底层物理 ESXi 服务器以太网接口上是否存在任何故障。

4.验证所有线缆均已插入且不脏或卷曲。
