Symptoms

 

Nogle REST API-kald (f.eks. "/api/instances") mislykkes med ufuldstændigt svar. F.eks.:

...vtreeMigrationInfo":{"sourceStoragePoolId":"<storage_pool_id>","destinationStoragePoolId":{"message":"ERROR","httpStatusCode":500,"errorCode":0}

Men localhost_access log rapporterer en vellykket anmodning (status 200):

<client ip> - - [12/Jun/2020:13:23:01 +0000] "GET /api/instances HTTP/1.1" 200 106376

Selvom scaleio-trace.log indeholder følgende undtagelse:

Resolution

Prøv igen senere.
Når baggrundsprocessen for sletning af diskenhed er fuldført, bør det samme REST API-kald lykkes.
