Symptoms

 

Noen REST API-kall (for eksempel "/api/instances") mislykkes med ufullstendig respons. Eksempel:

...vtreeMigrationInfo":{"sourceStoragePoolId":"<storage_pool_id>","destinationStoragePoolId":{"message":"ERROR","httpStatusCode":500,"errorCode":0}

Men loggen localhost_access rapporterer en vellykket forespørsel (status 200):

Selv om scaleio-trace.log inneholder følgende unntak:

Feil ved REST API-spørring

Cause

Volumslettingen tar tid, og ikke alle datastrukturer fjernes samtidig. Dette kan føre til at REST API-serveren ikke genererer et svar på noen REST API-kall.

Resolution

Prøv på nytt senere.
Når bakgrunnsprosessen for volumsletting er fullført, skal det samme REST API-kallet lykkes.
