Symptoms

以下是在 PowerStore v1.0 裝置的 VMFS 資料存放區上使用 VMware SRM （Site Recovery Manager） 進行 VMFS （Virtual Machine File System） 開機風暴或容錯移轉時，應考慮的一些最佳實務建議。

Cause

1.原因

當多個虛擬機器 （VM） 同時開啟或關閉電源時，可能會影響應用裝置的整體效能。建議使用者在關閉多個 VM 電源時，遵循下述的最佳實務考量。

在 VMFS 資料存放區使用 VMWare SRM 複寫時，建議不要在容錯移轉期間執行 UNMAP。因此，應在 VMFS 6 資料儲存上禁用自動 UNMAP，並且應手動運行 UNMAP，而不是在故障轉移期間運行。

將 FC 配接卡佇列深度設為 64

UNMAP 節流速率設為 VMware 預設設定 （低優先順序）

關閉多個 VM 電源時，請使用下表中的指引。下表共用自動 UNMAP 可支援的主機對應之 VMFS 資料存放區數量上限。如果配置超過表中列出的配置，請禁用自動 UNMAP 並改用手動 UNMAP
