    本文說明如何向 Dell 宣告裝置遺失或遭竊。在移除遺失或遭竊旗標並確認所有權之前，這會防止使用任何有效的保固或支援。

    若裝置遭竊，建議您在致電 Dell 前，先連絡當地員警局並提交警方報案。

    注意：只有在電腦出貨日期的前 30 天內電腦遭竊時，才需要警方報案。在出貨日期 30 天以外被盜的電腦不需要警方報案。

    • 遭竊電腦的產品服務編號或快速服務代碼
    • 盜竊日期
