Detta påverkar alla bärbara Alienware m15 R2-, R3- och R4-datorer samt Alienware m17 R2, R3 och R4 med eller utan Tobii-kamerakonfiguration. Det svarta övre ventilationsskyddet har en inskärning under LCD-skärmens mitt, nära gångjärnet.

Cause

Dells tekniker har bekräftat att syftet med denna indrag är att ge utrymme för Tobii-kameran. Bärbara datorer som levereras med Tobii-kameran behöver indraget när den bärbara datorn stängs. Samma skal används oavsett om du köper den bärbara datorn med eller utan Tobii-kameran. Det betyder att detta indrag finns på alla dessa bärbara datorer.
